Sunday classes

Adult Classes

Each Sunday morning, a number of adult (18+) groups meet during the 9:00 am and 10:30 am hours for Bible study, discussion, and fellowship in a smaller group setting. We have classes that meet together every week throughout the year as well as semester-long equipping classes that meet for a particular study.

Equipping classes this Fall

Uncommon Ground

In this era of conflict and individualism, how can we lovingly respond with whom we disagree? In this class, we will gather weekly to discuss how as believers we can respectfully interact with those who may hold radically different perspectives than our own. Using the book Uncommon Ground as our framework, Timothy Keller and John Inazu and a host of other followers of Christ share their illuminating and personal stories that provide varied and enlightening approaches to reach across deep and often painful differences. Through our reading and group discussions, we’ll learn how to live with confidence, joy, and hope in a complex and fragmented age.

COS Pre-Marital Course

The COS Premarital course is a 10-week class designed for engaged couples and those seriously dating who want to give their marriages the best possible start, whether they’re exploring marriage for the first time or have been married before. The cost for the course is $32.50 per person ($65 per couple).

The interactive class, led by Darrin and Joanna Dixon, will include the use of the following:
1. The PREPARE-ENRICH online assessment and Workbook
2. The book, The Meaning of Marriage, by Tim Keller
3. Various handouts
4. A mentor couple assigned to you and your fiancé
