(3 Things of Value in Less Than 3 Minutes to Read)
Our joy is to connect women of every age and walk of life to a place where you can thrive in your relationship with God through community. We love that many of our groups are intergenerational, where stories are shared across generations that offer opportunities to connect in organic relationships.
We provide a variety of Community Groups and encourage everyone at COS to find a group where they can be known. These small gatherings exist to engage people in authentic relationships and create an environment that fosters spiritual growth through application of the Scriptures and doing life together.
For those who enjoy Bible studies, you might also consider our Joy and Free Friday studies, large group gatherings that are more structured with teaching, and provide additional connections with other women.
Our hope is that you’ll find a place to connect through authentic relationships that spur you to become more and more like Christ. Please contact wendyw@coswayne.org with any questions about groups or studies.

Christmas event: The Unsearchable gift - December 2 | 9:30 am
This event is FREE. Please register yourself and any guests by November 27. The event is age-appropriate for young women in high school and up.
The Unsearchable Gift is the theme of our Women’s Christmas Gathering this year at Church of the Saviour! This will offer us time to pause and reflect on God’s gift to us as we enjoy the wonder of the season through friendships, music, activities, holiday brunch treats, and more. We’ll also enjoy some group fun and an inspirational message from one of our leaders, Fran Jones Dixon.

WORTH IT
What Is Worth it?
AN EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM FOR SURVIVORS OF SEXUAL EXPLOITATION
Worth It is a series of classroom experiences designed for women who have experienced sexual trauma from exploitation, trafficking or prostitution. The goal is to help participants connect with area service providers, maintain sobriety, and ultimately break the cycle of exploitation. Worthwhile Wear sponsors the program and partners with local churches who will offer Christ-filled hospitality to participants. The program covers twelve full-day sessions over a period of 4-5 weeks.

Impact to Worth It women
COS women love caring for our Worth It participants. We tend to have about 10 graduates per semester. Here’s what some of our graduates are saying:
“I wish this program was never ending, it made me feel like I wasn’t alone in my path of life and sharing a space with women that made me feel loved is like nothing else. I would 100% recommend this program to any woman out there. I guarantee that anyone would love it as much as I did.”
“Glad to learn new tools for healing and recovery.”
“This program has helped me come to some valuable realizations and begin to feel that I might be worth it!"

How can you serve Worth it women?
There are many ways to help, such as: meals, serving the meals to the women, giving, praying, writing notes of encouragement, and driving women in the morning and afternoon.
If you have questions about helping, please contact Jeanette at jpalwine15@gmail.com.

Every third Thursday of the month from 7:45 to 8:30 am
"The wonderful thing about praying is that you leave a world of not being able to do something, and enter God’s realm where everything is possible. He specializes in the impossible. Nothing is too great for His almighty power. Nothing is too small for His love." - Corrie Ten Boon
Join us as we pray for the physical, emotional and spiritual rescue of those coerced into the human trafficking industry. Contact debtowt@att.net for the Zoom link or more information.
